cigar web sites

I purchase most of my boxes of cigars on-line. However, I like to try a few before I invest in a whole box, so there are a few local tobacco shops that I regularly visit to check their stock. Unfortunately, (or fortunately) I live in California where the tobacco tax is very high, so that makes it very expensive to purchase more than just a few sticks! I'll talk about some of my favorite internet cigar web sites soon.

Stay warm, it looks cold accross the country!!

Arturo Fuente Opus X

What do you think of the Arturo Fuente Opus X cigar line? Most people say it is expensive and they prefer other brands. However, when questioned further, they seem to admit that they wish they had some. I've tried the Reserve D'Chateau, Super Belicoso, and the Robusto. I just ordered a box of Opus X Double Coronas today. After they spend some time in my humidor I will smoke a few and let you know what I think. So far my favorite size was the Super Belicoso.

How about the Fuente Anejo? Some stores and internet sites have a few boxes left, but they seem to be selling out fast. I managed to purchase a few boxes, at a decent price too!!

premium cigars

Some of my currents favorites (among the many cigars in my humidor) are the Oliva Master Blend 2005 Churchill, Casillas cigars Double Corona, Avo 2005 L.E. Montecristo #2, (box date Feb 2005 so they will only improve with some age) and the Arturo Fuente Anejo #48's.

1st cigar post

Hello:

I've been smoking fine cigars for over 20 years. I would like to review some of the cigars I've smoked, some of the humidors I've owned, and what I enjoy drinking while smoking cigars. There are so many cigar-related issues to discuss, I cannot detail them all in this first writing. I would even like to encourage your additions at a future date. Excellent! Let us begin!
